Cape Changes

Shadow Stalker rework

  • Tranquilizer Bolts / Razor Bolts (Q)
    • Is now a stance change instead of a skillshot
    • Tranquilizer Bolts
      • Slow, stacking up to 6 times
      • At 6 stacks, procs a stun
    • Razor Bolts
      • Armor reduction, stacking up to 6 times
      • At 6 stacks, procs a bleed
      • Costs mana per attack
  • Shadow State (W)
    • Is now a toggle that drains mana while active
    • Increases movement speed
    • Reduces physical damage taken
    • Amplifies magical damage taken
  • The Strong Survive (E)
    • Build up stacks by killing enemies
    • Lose half of your stacks on death
    • Activate to gain AD based on your stack count
  • Ethereal Dash (R)
    • Dash that goes through walls
    • Up to 3 charges of this ability can be held
  • Difficulty rating lowered from Average to Easy
  • Mana regen per level increased from 0.01/s to 0.1/s
  • Updated recommended items

Miss Militia

  • Energy RPG now costs 10 mana per rocket
  • Energy Sniper Rifle now costs 20 mana per bullet

Mannequin

  • Base health lowered from 1100 to 800
  • Health per level lowered from 90 to 80
  • Mana per level raised from 12 to 17
  • Base AD increased from 12 to 18
  • AD per level increased from 1 to 5
  • Base armor lowered from 26 to 23
  • Armor per level lowered from 5.5 to 4

The Siberian

  • Base health lowered from 1100 to 900
  • Health per level lowered from 90 to 85
  • Base armor lowered from 26 to 25
  • Armor per level lowered from 5.5 to 5

Item Changes

  • Shadow Stalker’s Crossbow
    • Shadow Walk duration increased from 1s to 2s
    • Autoattacking now extends the duration of previous Shadow Walk stacks
  • Shadow Stalker’s Electrical Cord cost lowered from 1250 to 1200
  • Hatchet Face Hatchet cost lowered from 1500 to 1200
  • Narwhal’s Horn cost lowered from 1500 to 1200
  • Oni Lee’s Mask cost lowered from 1500 to 1200
  • Panacea’s Scarf cost lowered from 1500 to 1200
  • Doormaker Gate cost lowered from 2250 to 1500
  • Rail Dash cost lowered from 2750 to 1800
  • Coil’s Mask cost lowered from 4000 to 2100
  • Dragon Suit cost lowered from 4000 to 1800

UI Changes

  • Replaced references to “heroes” with references to “capes”
  • Buff icons now show when you have multiple copies of a stackable buff
  • Shadow Stalker’s Crossbow now shows a buff icon
  • Dauntless’ Helm and Dauntless’ Armor now have progress bars to show when they will get their next stack
  • Cherish’s Codependence now has a progress bar to show when she will get her next stack
  • The Siberian‘s capepedia entry now includes William Manton‘s passive (Manton’s Folly) in its list of skills

Bug Fixes

  • Corrected several minor tooltip errors
  • Skills are now grayed out if you don’t meet a condition to cast it (i.e. invalid target or not enough stacks)
  • Fixed null reference error that would fire when Cherish’s Codependence ended
  • Rail Dash can no longer push targets off the map
  • Rail Dash and future “Dash” abilities should now behave more consistently with regard to range
  • Glory Girl’s Fragile One passive no longer goes on cooldown if it isn’t unlocked yet
  • Imp‘s stealth no longer goes on cooldown if it isn’t unlocked yet
  • Cherish’s Codependence passive no longer builds stacks if it isn’t unlocked yet
  • Fixed bug where Glory Girl’s Fragile One passive and Imp‘s stealth had their cooldowns halved
