New Status Effect: Crippled

  • You cannot use movement abilities
  • Active movement speed buffs are cancelled

  • Travelers’ Treads
    • +100 m/s movement speed
    • Can be activated to teleport to an allied tower
    • Builds from Shoes
  • Alabaster’s Hatchet
    • 30% lifesteal, activate for 200% lifesteal
    • Builds from 3 Claws
    • This is the same as the old Lung’s Claw, which has been reworked.
  • Foil’s Rapier
    • 15 AD, 0.2x attack speed, 15 armor penetration
    • Physical damage abilities deal bonus damage over time
    • Builds from a Pistol, an SMG, and a Crossbow
  • Feather of the Simurgh
    • 60 AP
    • Line skillshot that cripples a single target for 5 seconds
    • At the end of the cripple, the target takes an additional 30% of the damage they received while crippled
    • Builds from a Costume and a Cape

Cape Changes

Shatterbird

  • Silicokinesis cooldown lowered to 10/9/8/7/6s from 10s
  • Swift Shatter cooldown lowered to 20/19/18/17/16s from 20s
  • Attention Seeker cooldown lowered to 12/11/10/9/8s from 12s
  • Attention Seeker can no longer be taken at level 1, since you can’t use it anyway without using Shatterbird’s Q or W first.

Burnscar

  • Pyroport can no longer be taken at level 1, since you can’t use it anyway without using Burnscar’s Q or W first.

Legend

  • Frost Beam cooldown lowered to 11/10.5/10/9.5/9s from 11s
  • Disintegration Beam cooldown increased to 80/70/60/50/40s from 40s

Mannequin

  • Arm on a Stick cooldown lowered to 20/19/18/17/16s from 20s

Cherish

  • Codependence mana cost lowered to 90/105/120/135/150 from 150
    • This fixes her inability to cast Codependence at level 1 and 2.

  • Gold Merchant’s Armband armor and magic resistance raised from 10 to 20
  • Lung’s Claw: reworked
    • Now gives 15 AD, 10% lifesteal, 20 armor pen, and 10% move speed
    • AD and lifesteal bonuses double while all non-ultimate abilities are on cooldown
    • Now builds from a Pistol, a Knife, a Claw, and 2 Crossbows
  • Pistol cost lowered from 850 to 800
  • Assault Rifle cost raised from 1200 to 1500

UI Changes

  • Added buff icons for boots
  • Trails on certain projectiles now linger after the projectile lands.
  • Made improvements for clarity to various store progression trees.
  • Added a loading screen between the lobby and hero select.

Miscellaneous Changes

  • Hero Select buttons are now generated dynamically. This shouldn’t cause any noticeable changes.

Bug Fixes

  • You can now buy multiples of consumables when the first copy is not in the leftmost available slot.
  • Armbands and consumables now show their correct prices in the store.
  • Alexandria’s Visor now shows its correct price in the store.
  • Fixed bug where the store would fail to load.
  • Fixed null reference error when Cherish’s Codependence ends or a player quits.
  • Jungle buffs no longer aggro heroes through walls.
  • The guest client can now see towers kick when they attack.
  • Shatterbird‘s Q now correctly leaves an ice shard at its destination.
  • Shatterbird‘s autoattacks are no longer empowered at Attention Seeker lvl 0.
  • Shatterbird‘s ice shards now scale correctly.
  • Glory Girl’s Fragile One now correctly pulls pets.
  • Fixed null reference error that would trigger on game load for The Siberian‘s opponent.
  • Patched more terrain holes in The Boardwalk.
  • Made several optimizations to reduce the number of packets being sent, mostly by disabling irrelevant RPCs on minions.
  • Attempted to fix minion jitter in The Boardwalk.
  • Spell indicators no longer show when pressing an ability key while CCed.
  • Changed several methods to properties where appropriate.
