Cape Changes

• Miss Militia’s Energy Minigun base damage lowered from 5/10/15/20/25 to 5/7.5/10/12.5/15
• Miss Militia’s Energy Minigun no longer lifesteals.
• Crawler’s Spittle, Miss Militia’s Rifle, Touch of the Faerie Queen, and Scapegoat’s Mask now deal 0.05x their regular damage when procced by a bullet from Miss Miltia’s Energy Minigun.
• Updated recommended items for Burnscar and Sundancer.

Item Changes

• The buff icon for Shadow Stalker’s Crossbow now correctly bolds “Movement Speed”
